Inspect the following:
- Operating pressures
- Voltage & amperage to motors
- Air temperature drop
- Evaporator superheat
- Air filtration
- Safety controls
- Start capacitors & relays
- Compressor contactor

- Condensate drain—flush if needed
- Clean evaporator coil as needed (if accessible)
- Clean condensing coil

Cost of Maintenance Agreement
First System: $180.00 annually or $16.95 monthly
Additional systems (same location): $120.00 annually or $10.95 monthly
